Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated F.O.H Manager to join our team. As a F.O.H Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Front of house department, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maximizing profitability. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of Front of house operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Train, supervise, and motivate F.O.H staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the Chef & kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations

Experience:
- Proven experience in the food service industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and industry standards
- Proficiency in using POS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Pay: $220.00 - $250.00 per day
